The VTS Excel Leasing Activity Report is downloaded thousands of times a month. But, users wanted an easy way to generate a presentation-ready report - and now they can!
As part of the latest round of reporting improvements, users can now download a PDF version of leasing activity so agency brokers and leasing managers can easily email and print a professional quality and impressive report.
The information in the XLS and PDF are the same, so it enables users to download their preferred format. Best of all, users can customize with their own logo for a final touch.
The report includes:
- Date column with last activity date, Deal Type, and Deal Lead Name
- Tenant column with Industry, Current Address, Current LXD, Current Rent
- Requirement column with Req. RSF rage, Req. Type, City/Submarket, Target Commencement, Target Price Range
- Building column with Office Park Name, Building Name and/or Building Address
- Unit column with Floor and Unit of selected spaces
- Proposal type (LL/T), SF, Term, LXD, LCD, Base Rent, Free Rent, Escalations, TI, Free Rent & NER (if relevant)
- Broker column with Broker Name and Broker Company
